Keeping What Is Ours

Greenville County’s Special Purpose Districts provide reliable, high-quality fire and water services built, funded, and maintained by the communities they serve.

These districts work because they follow conservative, common-sense principles: local control, fiscal accountability, and government closest to the people.

What's Happening Now?

County leaders are looking to consolidate our local fire district - shifting control away from local taxpayers, expanding county government, and allowing locally funded resources to be redirected elsewhere.

Consolidation does not create more equipment or firefighters.
It redistributes what communities already paid for — and stretches it thinner.

Before permanent decisions are made, residents deserve transparency, proof, and the ability to vote on changes that affect their communities.
